Bought the items for Carmen in Los Angeles? Take a photo of the receipt. Your browser reads it (Tesseract.js, nothing leaves your device until you submit), you fix any misread lines, Jev checks which checklist item each line bought, and Vouch's code counts the units. If the receipt shows the whole checklist, in the quantities asked for, the request is marked fulfilled and a certificate is issued; otherwise a volunteer verifier looks at the photo.

Take a photo or pick one you already have. Cover card numbers and anything personal first. The photo is only shown to volunteer verifiers, never on the public page.

No receipt at hand? Try a sample

  • view itcovers rice, beans, milk, pasta, peanut butter, oil, eggs
  • view itcovers formula, diapers, wipes, thermometer, fever reducer, plasters, pads, tampons, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, soap
  • view itcovers detergent, cleaner, trash bags, soap, blankets, socks, gloves, school supplies
  • view itcovers nothing on any checklist (to see a verifier step in)

Sample receipts are made up for the demo.

The checklist

  • 2 × Rice (5 lb bag)
  • 2 × Dried beans (2 lb bag)
  • 2 × Milk (1 gallon)

One receipt should show the whole checklist. Jev checks which item each line bought; Vouch's code counts how many, from what the receipt prints (“3 @ 18.99”, “3 x 18.99”, “QTY 3”). A line without a quantity counts as one. Anything short goes to a volunteer.
